Shipping Service & Speed
LBN ships orders to the 50 states of the USA, US territories, and APO/MPO military bases. All shipped orders are delivered with Priority status by USPS and received within 2-4 business days. There are circumstances that may delay shipment such as the increase of shipping volume around major holidays, inclement weather, and/or issues with the shipping carrier services. Please contact us if you are outside the USA and would like product delivered. There is no need for expedited shipping charges when our service is the fastest we can find.
Standard Shipping Rate
A standard flat rate shipping of $12 per case is applied for all online orders.
Returning products purchased from our online store (LionBearNaked.com)
If for some reason you are not satisfied with anything you purchased from our online store, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days of the receipt date for an exchange or refund. If you purchased a product as part of a kit or gift, the entire kit or gift must be returned within 30 days of your receipt date to receive an exchange or refund. We do not refund shipping charges, and you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us (including the cost of insurance, if you choose to insure the package). After thirty (30) days, we will not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than for manufacturer defect.
Please include a note in your package indicating your original order number, your reason(s) for returning the product(s), and whether you want an exchange or refund. Ship your package to:

Returning products purchased from a retail store or another online store
If for some reason you are not satisfied with anything you purchased from a retail store or another online store, and you would like to return or exchange the product(s), please contact the retailer directly, as we have a lenient return policy with all of our distributors. All products must be returned to the original retailer where they were purchased.
Returning items damaged in shipment, shipping carrier error
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please email us immediately at email@example.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Please provide the order number along with your email address, phone number, and a picture of the items received in shipment to assure prompt resolution. Retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for photographic inspection. We'll promptly send you a replacement product.
Returning incorrect items received in shipment, our error
If you’re returning the product because we made an error, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All incorrectly received items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide the order number along with your email address, phone number, and a picture of the items received in shipment to assure prompt resolution. Retain the shipping box, packing materials and the incorrect items for photographic inspection. We'll promptly send you a replacement product and/or a prepaid shipping label.
